Today we read The B.F.G by: Ronald Dahl chapter 2 who.when we were reading we noticed some unfamiliar words like peer, tinkling, and deathly still. We thought that the word peer meant like peek because if we replaced the word peer with peek it would still make sense.and we found found out what deathly still meant in chapter 1 the withching hour.we thought that it meant like nothing is moving, every thing is still. And last we found out what tingling meant like when you get goosebumps and you get that weird feeling or when you get a little shaken. After we found out those words we read a word cloak, some of us did not know what that word meant then we looked at the picture on that page it showed a very TALL thing. One of our class mates thought that the word cloak meant like a jacket, another one of our classmates said that he thought it was a robe, in my head i thought a cloak was kind of like a blanket because of the movie Harry Potter when Harry gets a invisible cloak. My teacher also had seen the movie Harry potter and said the same thing but in different words. After we read chapter 2 who,our teacher Mrs.Phillaps told us to write some 2 level questions  don't know what other students wrote but I wrote What would happen if the thing(possibly the B.F.G)never came?I also wrote what did the thing wear? Then Mrs.Phillaps told us "after you guys get done read independently then when i say get with your reading club".when she said that me and Izzy(my group)got together at are meeting spot I shared what my questions were me and my partner both thought that if the thing(possibly the B.F.G never came then the bad giants would come(fleshlumpeater and bloodbottler)then when that time was over we shared with someone I shared with my friend aubree then we all shared on the carpet but i didn't get to share on the carpet because i had to start writing this for you oh and P.S we also made a chart with dislikes and likes about a reading club from each group.P.S I dislike wasting time!
